Return Policy

Please contact us at sales@926marking.com if you need to return a product. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
If the incorrect product us is shipped, we will exchange them at no cost.
Errors, defects, or damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.
There is a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns.
Custom made orders and software purchases are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Most stock orders will ship the same or next business day.
Incorrect shipping addresses resulting in carrier fees will be billed to the customer.
All orders are shipped by ground. Some of our products (such as inks and markers) are only available for ground shipping due to the HazMat shipping qualities of the product.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover with no extra credit card fee. Ensure billing details match your credit card bank records to avoid delays.
Checks & ACH: Payments in U.S. Dollars only. ACH payments are processed upon receipt. Personal and company checks require up to 10 banking days for clearance. A $35 fee applies to returned checks.

Errors & Site Glitches

Pricing errors due to typo mistakes or supplier issues may result in order cancellation.
System glitches affecting pricing or shipping will be corrected and affected orders may be adjusted or canceled.
